GAGASAN PEMBAHARUAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MAHMUD YUNUS DALAM TAFSIR AL-QUR’AN KARIM

This research was conducted because it motivated by the dichotomous problem of education in today's modern era. Distinguishing between religious knowledge and general science which seems to be inseparable. However, there is an Islamic figure, Mahmud Yunus, who has thoughts a work interpretation that contributed idea renewing goals education. type library collects primary data through books related Yunus. The secondary obtained from literature supporting documents qualitatively described descriptive form. results conclude that, Yunus' thought commentary, he tried bridge gap so would no dichotomy two. He also one pioneered establishment schools or boarding schools, Darussalam school, Gontor Ponorogo. Penelitian ini dilakukan kerena dilatar belakangi masalah dikotomis pendidikan di era saat ini. Membedakan anatara ilmu agama dan umum yang seolah-olah tidak bisa disatukan. Namun ada tokoh Islam yaitu Yunus mempunyai pemikiran suatu karya tafsir andil dalam gagasan pembaharuan tujuan Islam. penelitian adalah kepustakaan menghimpun primer melalui buku-buku terkait yunus. Adapun sekunder didapat dari lieteratur dokumen mendukung secara kulitatif diuraikan bentu diskriptif.
